My name’s Alice and I’m a freelance personal trainer. I have been a trainer for over 10 years, the majority of that time in London where I built up a successful business from stay at home mums to celebrities and more recently I lived and worked in Mallorca where I set up Bootique, a boutique boot camp, which has had many a success story.
I love sport and keeping fit and staying active is extremely important to me. In the past I have horse ridden, played hockey and tennis, all for the South West of England. I continue to play tennis and having lived in the Balearics for the past few years have really enjoyed all the cycling and walking the islands offer.
I am now back in the UK, based in London and Somerset and whilst continuing to train people in London, the south west, and abroad, I have also brought Bootique back to the UK and run boot camp weekends throughout the year.
I am fully qualified with a Premier International Certificate in Personal Training to Advanced Instructor Level 3, with the Register of Exercise Professionals and I am First Aid qualified. I am also qualified in Body Massage, Sports Massage and Nutrition. I have a lot of experience training Pre and Post Natal women, and being a mother myself can empathise with Mums and Mums to be with how hard it is to find the time and energy to fit in exercise. I am also qualified to teach Power Plate and Circuit Training classes and I am fully insured. I specialise in weight loss, body sculpting and toning.
I will create a personally tailored and dynamic program for you, and can offer you advice on nutrition and lifestyle too. We can set goals together and use the sessions to get the most out of your workout so you can go away feeling full of energy and revitalised.

I offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions, small group training, boxing, TRX, 1 to 1 power plate training,online Skype training, Bootique boot camps and circuit classes.
All of the equipment is fully portable so you can train wherever you like whether it’s the park, workplace, gym, your garden or in the comfort of your own home. The length of the sessions is usually 1 hour but that can be adapted to suit your fitness levels.

Having a personal trainer is a wonderful luxury, however time constraints and costs can sometimes be prohibitive. Today’s lifestyles make it difficult to find a regular hour or two in the week to devote to training, sometimes we need a little more flexibility.
Many people have the discipline to train themselves when they find time but often they lack a little guidance in terms of the types of exercises they need to accomplish their own personal goals.
As a result I have decided to offer on-line personal training. This comes in the form of training consultations via Skype. How it works is firstly I offer an on-line consultation to work out the best programme for you, in terms of exercise and nutrition and then you go away and follow the personalised programme I provide for you, in your own time.
At the end of the first week we check in again and discuss how the week has gone and if necessary refresh techniques and the intensity of the programme. This encourages you to fulfill your regime as you know you’ll have me to answer to at the end of the week!
A good example of how this can really work is as follows…
Imagine you’re getting married and you contact me 6 months before the big day. We work out the perfect programme that you need to get your body beautiful for the most important day of your life. Once a week you and I have a 30 minute Skype chat where I can see via webcam how you’re getting on and work on your techniques for achieving your goals. I will always be available via e-mail or Skype outside the weekly check-ins for any questions you have or if you just need a little motivation…
In this way you can have your personal trainer with you at any time even while you’re away on business or holiday!
